Against Adolescent and Workplace Bullying
We built from scratch the complete technology ecosystem for BCN Resol: two native apps, a management backoffice, a SaaS platform and corporate websites for two products with real social impact — b-resol against bullying in educational settings, and co-resol as an ethical whistleblowing channel for organisations.

01 — The Challenge
Technology that changes real lives, built from scratch
BCN Resol came to Beetrick with a clear vision and a large-scale technical challenge: to build the complete digital infrastructure for two social-impact products that did not exist anywhere. Two years of collaborative work among conflict resolution experts, educators, psychologists and technologists had shaped the idea. Now it had to be turned into a real product.
The first product, b-resol, needed to allow any teenager — victim or bystander — to anonymously and safely alert their school about situations of bullying, cyberbullying, harassment or eating disorders, from anywhere and at any time. The school needed a control panel to manage the alerts, document actions taken and generate reports. All with end-to-end encryption and complete privacy for the minor.
The second product, co-resol, translated that same logic to the workplace: an ethical whistleblowing channel for companies and organisations, compliant with EU Directive 2019/1937, Spanish Law 2/2023 and ISO 37301 and ISO 37002 standards. Two distinct products, with different users, different legal frameworks and radically different UX needs, but built on a shared architecture that Beetrick designed to let them scale together.

Beetrick acted as BCN Resol's integral technology partner from day one. We did not simply write code: we participated in product definition, user experience design, systems architecture, stack decisions and launch strategy. The result are two platforms in production since 2016, with more than 10 years of continuous evolution.

05 — The Product in Detail
Two products, one architecture, one purpose
The hardest report, made possible from a teenager's pocket.
We designed the b-resol user experience for the hardest moment: a teenager who witnesses or suffers bullying and needs to act, but is afraid of retaliation. The app has to be simple enough to use in that moment of vulnerability, and secure enough for the young person to trust it.
The teenager downloads the free app, connects anonymously by default and can send an alert to the school's designated contact in seconds, choosing with whom they want to share the message. The school receives the alert in its control panel, documents the action taken and can communicate securely with the reporter without compromising their identity.

EU Directive 2019/1937 requires companies with more than 50 employees to have a whistleblowing channel. co-resol turned that legal obligation into an opportunity: not just to comply with the regulation, but to build an organisational culture where employees feel safe speaking up.
The SaaS platform allows any company to activate its ethical channel in minutes, with full alert management, an audit trail for regulatory compliance, automatic report generation and encrypted communication with the reporter — all to the highest privacy standards.
